Field Workers (Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry Harvest and Mixed Vegetable Harvest-Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Beets) Rodriguez Bros. Ranch, LLC is seeking ten temporary Field Workers (Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry Harvest and Mixed Vegetable Harvest-Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Beets) to harvest in fields located in Santa Clara & Monterey Counties, CA. Contract period: March 8, 2019 through December 6, 2019. Wage offered: $13.92/hr. (unless rescinded by court order or other action). Higher or different wage rates may apply during contract period based on market conditions, and/or crop/job activity, but no less than the required wage rate. one month of strawberry harvest or 1-month vegetable harvest background (or in any of the commodities listed). 3/4 of the work hrs. guaranteed. Tools & equipment provided at no cost to the worker. Free housing is provided to workers who cannot reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of the work day.
