JOB POSTING POSITION: Senior Logistics Engineering/Process Manager LOCATION: Vance, Alabama REPORTS TO: Director of Operations DIRECT REPORTS: 2 The Planner is part of the Planning, Sales and Marketing team and his/her ability and knowledge will make him essential in the function that is needed most at the time, to be decided by the Director in that field. Major Responsibilities: Answering Requests for quotations RFQ (tender) from potential customers Lead the engineer team and manage engineering projects. Prepare all relevant data and presentations for new businesses and customer specific solutions. Assist in sales negotiations for the company. Planning for new businesses. Preparation of time studies, costing studies and project calculations. Planning of the implementation/ramp -up of new projects. Lead cross-functional project teams for this purpose.
