SUMMARY: The Fine Jewelry Production Manager will oversee the daily processes of the Jewelry department to ensure business and auction/catalog production goals and deadlines are met in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate with the Jewelry Category Director, Consignment Directors and Catalogers, while serving as the liaison with support departments such as Operations, Photography, Marketing/PR, Print Shop, IT and Shipping Provide direct management oversight for Jewelry Catalogers in all offices, including setting goals, supervising production output to meet deadlines
