We are seeking energetic and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) who will enjoy spending time with the individuals served. Assignments include effective communication expertise, a desire to learn, community activities, modeling healthy relationships, promoting independence and daily living skills. This job necessitates the qualified Direct Support Professional (DSP) to be available to work in an On-Call capacity five days per week between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm. Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float Specialists are expected to be available to work a min 35 weekly hours, additional hours as assigned, and agreeing to be on location within 1 hour of receiving a call.
