Software Quality Assurance Specialist/Applications Tester with Security - (Chantilly, VA)

The Tester will be part of a team responsible for testing applications (supporting personnel security business processes), conducting user acceptance testing, and automating testing activities. The resource will participate in a variety of meetings with project managers, developers, end-users, engineers, and architects during the life cycle of the project aimed at producing test plans and test procedures, coordinating test activities, and test execution (be it manual or automated). 1. Proven work history as a lead tester or test team lead.\r 2. Demonstrated background with SOA and testing applications which heavily utilize web services.\r 3. Proven work history with Oracle and SQL.\r 4. Proven work history with the Sponsor's project management processes and change management system.\r 5. Proven background adjusting to changing priorities and handling multiple tasks.\r 6. Proven background exhibiting problem-solving skills.
