Drafter - AutoCAD & Revit Commercial Kitchen Design - (Irvine, CA)

Position details This position is responsible for providing drawings and documentation to support Designer and/or Project Executive and assigned team for construction, bidding and installation purposes. Drawings and documents specify dimensions, layouts, materials and construction methods and incorporate input from various teammates including engineers, architects, vendors, customers and key trades. Level differences are noted throughout the description, primarily: software knowledge, expertise to lead parts or all project components, expertise to lead other Drafters upon request and expertise to provide task schedules. Entry Level / Level 1 Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Assist Job Captain and other team drafters with food service drawing preparation Implement red line corrections in to drawings Learn utility loads and rough in qualifications for food service equipment and established drawing set logic and standards Learn to draw food service facility elevations
