Western Construction Team Manager IV - (Riverside, CA)

WESTERN CONSTRUCTION TEAM MANAGER IV(Lake Mathews) This position is responsible for the supervision and safety of a team consisting of project supervisors, carpenters, and welders. This team is responsible for capital improvement and reimbursable projects such as FEMA funded projects and Member Agency service connections. This position, along with the Unit Manager will participate in planning, organizing, and directing the Unit's business operations. The work involves developing and establishing strategic plans, goals and objectives, priorities, and standards and measurement tools for determining progress, developing and reviewing policy and procedures, guidelines, rules and regulations. Team Managers assigned to this class are responsible for an organizational team within a Unit or Section and exercise direct supervision over professional and technical support staff within the Team.
