Safety and training manager - (Raleigh, NC)

Overview Transdev is seeking a Safety and Training Manager for their university shuttle service for North Carolina State University in Raleigh Assists the General Manager in the implementation and execution of the safety program requirements and development of appropriate local safety initiatives for accident and injury prevention. Responsible for the overall safety management function at the location, including risk assessment, training, incident investigations, safety awareness, and claims handling for a property. Responsibilities Maintains adequate staffing levels Ensures that staff is adequately trained and understands and executes on safety and security standards Ensures compliance with all company, client, and Department of Transportation regulations, policies, and procedures. Conduct, review and document facility safety inspections and assist in the correction of deficiencies.
