Sr Tech Training Specialist with Security Clearance - (Lawton, OK)

Position description: The Qatar Patriot Training Tech Pubs and Training Coordinator/Deputy is responsible for leading a group of Raytheon Instructor/Writers to facilitate training in the Qatar, researching subject-specific data, including engineering data, design specifications, Software Investigation Reports and Missile Command Continuation Group reports. Performs relevant actions to prepare the data for input to lesson plans, supervise timecard submissions, track career development plans and evaluate teammates in performance development. Will maintain accountability for technical publications, will assist in the daily coordination of training and instructors. This position will be located in Qatar with initial on-boarding and training located in Lawton, OK. Responsibilities: The Training Tech Pubs and Training Coordinator/Deputy will provide system-related Patriot leadership to US and foreign customers.
