Nassau County Banquet Hall is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager with Maitre D background.-- The right individual will be able to manage and execute social and corporate events. Responsibilites include but not limited too: -daily banquet operations -review of BEOs, worksheet for events, and preparing any additional documents needed -supervise the banquet team including captains, waitstaff, busers, etc.. -scheduling, training, and hiring of banquet teammates Qualifications -good communication abilities -team member; must be able to work well with all senior management; including GM and CFO -five years Maitre D background Salary based upon background.
