The Opportunity Position description Works with suite attendants to serve dessert to the suite guests and sells to the general public, in accordance with Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards. Critical functions: Expertise to deliver timely, accurate service in a courteous and professional manner under stressful conditions Able to follow job procedures and supervisor's / chef's / manager's / guest's instructions and requests Able to retain and effectively communicate product info Able to multi-task in a high energy environment Able to work adjustable hours and schedule with possible overtime Expertise to accurately handle cash and inventory procedures each event Pre-event cart set-up including cleaning of cart, gathering all desserts, plates, serving utensils and ice Account for all inventory on your cart Greet customers in hallway and assist in any way Clear communication with suite attendants; you are in charge of your dessert cart
