Catering Prep Cook - (Lowell, AR)

Responsibilities Prepare ingredients according to list created by chef Cut, slice, and store raw ingredients Wrap, label, date, and store food in appropriate places Set up, restock, and clean workstations Follow recipes to correctly prepare menu items Clean and sanitize equipment and designated workstations Prepare all food in accordance with local, state, and federal standards and regulations Requirements High-school diploma or GED preferred 1-two years of kitchen background Expertise to read, write, and speak in English Expertise to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand continuously throughout an eight hour shift Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping
