The ideal candidate for this position has previous background preparing similar cuisine, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. This is a Lead Cook position responsible for all aspects of food preparation and execution. Responsible for the preparation of specialty food items according to the Chef's recipes for salads, soups, dressings, and garnishes. Portions and prepares cold food items such as salads, appetizers, desserts, sandwiches, salad dressings and the preparation of salad dressings, marinades, and seasonings. Responsible for grilled, fried, oven baked items prepared in the kitchen.
