Soldier Ride Regional Director - San Antonio, TX / Colorado Springs - (Colorado Springs, CO)

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Soldier Ride Regional Director leads and manages the Soldier Ride team across the United States, providing adaptive and able-bodied cycling opportunities for warriors nationally. The Soldier Ride Regional Director raises public awareness of the issues facing warriors, inspires support for WWP programs and services, and develops connections with warriors to increase participation in WWP programs, especially Soldier Ride. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage the Soldier Ride program nationally in support of Soldier Ride goals. Identify and implement methods to develop connections between warriors and WWP, to develop connections between individual warriors, and to increase participation in WWP events and activities. Manage Soldier Ride events, activities, and teams. Develop action plans and retention plans. Supervise staff and facilitate teamwork in support of program initiatives.
