MD Field Claims Representative Trainee, I, II, Sr (Hybrid) - (Boston, MA)

Job overview Primary Purpose: Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for first and third party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition of claims. Study and successfully complete any required training including but not limited to company prepared training programs, outside courses as deemed appropriate and on-the-job training. There is close supervisory review of ongoing progress and results of work. This position is field based and the Hybrid FCR will cover the area south of Boston, MA to include the counties of is Bristol, Norfolk, Plymouth and Suffolk. The ideal location for the applicant would be in East-Central Norfolk County, MA. 3 days of work will be field based and two days will be working from the employee's residence, covering virtual estimate assignments.
