Salary based on background $80,000 to $95,000 Production Manager position assignments include: Ensures the proper training and development of all assigned employees for whom they are responsible. Sets goals for their organizational unit; achieves goals and ensures that all employees understand and work toward achieving goals. Motivates and coach's employees through strong communication and frequent performance feedback. Identifies and coordinates additional training as needed. Understand implement and enforce the organizational policies on Safety, regulatory, JSA's, SOP's, and other relevant policies.
