This is a direct hire opportunity with great benefits, including company paid health insurance premiums. Successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with hiring new employees, scheduling employee shifts, approving absences, handling performance evaluations and administering discipline when appropriate. This person coordinates interdepartmental shipping requirements and oversees daily shipping and receiving activities of high-quality products. They also monitor inventory and take appropriate steps to address inventory discrepancies. Requirements include: High-school certificate or equivalent three years background performing shipping & receiving duties
