Microbiology Technician - (Dublin, OH)

National Reference Laboratory located in Birmingham seeking a Microbiology Medical Technician or Technologist with 1-two years background.Microbiology Technician or Technologist will Perform a variety of laboratory tests and assays in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations in the Microbiology department of a high volume laboratory Interprets results, subject to verification by Technologist/Supervisor, and providing allowance by State regulations. Specifically this position will be a screener who performs complex and moderately complex medical laboratory tests, procedures, and analyses to provide data for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease within the Microbiology department. Performs and analyzes quality control measures to ensure accurate clinical data.
