QA Test Lead - (Sacramento, CA)

Role: Test Lead The Test Lead Consultant shall have a min of 2 (2) years of background with Agile development using Scrum or other Agile development processes. The Test Lead Consultant shall have a min of 5 (5) years planning, documenting, and implementing test strategies for products/projects for systems that, at a min, included 300 system users, 15,000 end users and 5 (5) interfaces. The Test Lead Consultant shall have a min of 2 (2) years of background with the Accela platform and a min of 6 (6) months of that background must be on the Accela Civic Platform The Test Lead Consultant shall have a min of 3 (3) years of background leading test teams comprised of client and Contractor staff, coordinating test work against build schedules and resource availability and providing guidance and direction as needed. The Test Lead Consultant shall have a min of 3 (3) years of background with creating and executing both manual and automated test plans.
