Quality engineer - (Lancaster, PA)

Oversee Program Quality responsibilities as directed by the QA Manager in support of compliance, contract, customer, and/or regulatory qualifications. Supports and ensures the overall compliance to AS9100B, contract, customers, and/or regulatory qualifications. Develop and maintains the Quality Procedures Coordinates / conducts internal audits Coordinates and interfaces with the QA Director to ensure management objective are addressed and records are maintained Prepare and/or revise procedures/instructions to implement the Quality System Verify implementation of quality by inspection, surveillance and audit Identify problems and non-conformances and recommend corrective and preventive actions including verification of the effectiveness of such actions Coordinate and interface with top management and manufacturing supervisors of significant quality problems that could affect company reputation and profitability.
