Quality Control Associate – Deposit Operations (EEO/F/M/Veteran/Disabled) Summary Most important role will be focused on quality control of new account packages for the entire financial institution. Including in the quality control process will including image verification, file and compliance documentation. Keep open communications with all departments of the bank (tellers, personal bankers, loan department, lenders, account officers and BSA) to mitigate risk. Essential Job Functions for QC-Deposit Operations: All Account Type(s) Documentation knowledge to review new account packages are complete. Cross check core system for input accuracy to match new account documentation. Cross check new account package for all required documentation including additional supporting documents. Verify CIP identification for complete match and verify it has been scanned within the Core System.
