Payroll Analyst- TE Connectivity (Lancaster,PA) Job OverviewReporting to US/Canada Payroll Manager. Acts independently, responsible for federal/provincial /state/local payroll tax withholding compliance in US and Canada for a large multi-state, multi-legal entity company. This position operates with minimal supervision and leads the payroll team to ensure a cohesive understanding and compliance of tax law changes. Works with ADP on the calculation, reporting and payment of tax liabilities. Resolves complex questions, special requests, issues, and tasks by taking independent action, and a high degree of initiative to research the answers. Works closely with Corporate Tax and the M&A team to ensure proper registrations are filed and legal entity changes have the proper employee withholdings and reporting applied.Responsibilities & Requirements Subject matter expert on US and Canadian payroll tax legislation including multistate and local taxation
