Purpose of Job Responsible for coordinating activities of mechanical and industrial engineers for new model development and launch into mass production. The resulting process must meet customer quality, capacity, and delivery qualifications as well as company targets for cost. Additional duties include continuous improvement activities for process capability and cost reduction.
