Technical engineering operations specialist - (Los Angeles, CA)

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Technical Engineering Operations Specialist in the city of Vernon. This is an excellent Direct Hire opportunity with a fast growing and cutting edge new start up! This key role will report to the Director of Maintenance with a dotted line to the Directors, Technical/Sales and Marketing. If you have background plastics or recycling operations and have worked with Krones, Lyle, Welex, or Husky machines we'd love to chat! Critical responsibilities: Implement the process design proposals from the process engineering team (50%) Working with the operations teams, manage and operate a stable recycling and manufacturing process. Implement the process engineers design proposals. Track and monitor manufacturing operational characteristics of temperature, pressure, product quality. Collect the data and perform in-depth analysis. Implement changes to control and improve our operations.
