Resident opportunities - (Albuquerque, NM)

The Sagebrush Church Residency Program is a 1 year leadership training program designed to give hands-on working background, personal and professional mentoring, and leadership training to equip emerging church leaders for a lifetime of impacting ministry. The residency start dates will generally follow the semester schedule. Residents work up to 25 hours per week. Residents are paid $13/hr, plus housing (for single residents) outside of New Mexico A relocation allowance is available to those outside of New Mexico BACKGROUND The main goal of the residency program is to provide ministry background. The program's function is to ensure that the residents have the expertise and knowledge to effectively and competently lead a student ministry. To accomplish this, the residency's weekly focus will be structured around hands-on background. COACHING The residents will be assigned a coach to meet with one-on-one twice a month.
