Photography Manager Lifetouch National School Studios Position title: Photography Manager Position description: Manages and provides leadership to the photography team and supervises the maintenance, repair, and inventory of territory photographic equipment so as to support the territory efforts to retain and profitably grow the business. Location: LV Territory, Las Vegas, NV Reports To: Territory Manager Personnel Supervised: Photographers Primary Duties and Responsibilities Recruits, interviews and hires photographers. Ensures alignment for processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to strengthen areas of performance and executing improvement initiatives. Manages staffing levels to ensure scheduling is adequate to handle business volume for Territory photography needs. Partners with Territory Manager in creating and managing a photo payroll and expense budget. Will be responsible to monitor and adjust to meet territory and company qualifications.
