Service Technician I - (Cissna Park, IL)

Job details Job Purpose : Responsible for installation and servicing of KSi Equipment and starting up automation projects in the field. Duties: · Expertise to install/set up equipment at customer sites including: aligning and anchoring bins, setting up and anchoring conveyors, scale hoppers/scales and other miscellaneous items · Expertise to perform standard automation startups in the field with limited support · Expertise to perform standard seed treating startups in the field with limited support · Expertise to complete service work for KSi and other vendor equipment – includes performing Service Maintenance Programs (SMP’s), warranty service work and equipment service calls · Expertise to work at heights of 40ft (for overbin conveyors and other bin related work) · Responsible for working with Service Manager to bill out necessary parts and service trips · Responsible for keeping an accurate truck/trailer inventory that matches inventory system and have the majority of the parts needed to make a
