Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift - (Momence, IL)

Momence Packing is a harvest facility and manufacturer that exclusively produces sausage products for Johnsonville, LLC. Johnsonville is the No. one national brand of brats, Italian sausage, smoked-cooked links and fresh breakfast sausage links. Responsibilities: Coordinate with second and third shift Leads and Maintenance Coordinator to plan, schedule, and complete any needed work. Assign work to Maintenance Members on first shift. Assist Maintenance Members with preventive maintenance of all plant equipment. Lead the first shift Maintenance team and assume responsibility for departmental operations on first shift. Act as a point of contact for the facility during first shift operations. Assist in the development of Maintenance Members as they progress through the skills blocks. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on all plant equipment and some utility equipment.
