Maintenance Manager - (Knoxville, TN)

Major non-automotive manufacturer in the greater Knoxville area has immediate opening for a Maintenance Manager responsible for multiple plants in E.TN. This is a newly created role due to growth. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for developing Predictive / Preventative Maintenance plans to improve reliability of current and new equipment. The Maintenance Manager will also develop and train Maintenance Technicians. Will oversee MRO Parts cribs and standardize MRO and inventory levels across all facilities. Also responsible for delivery, installation, and validation of new equipment, as well as equipment relocation. The Maintenance Manager will develop the department budget for equipment. This is a highly automated environment with over 100 unique machines. Knowledge of injection molding and packaging equipment is a plus. The Maintenance Manager will focus on ensuring the PM program is robust (FMEA's on all machines, identify failures, etc).
