Head of Worksite Underwriting & Internal Wholesaling - (Enfield, CT)

Description ' ' Accountable for leading presale support, and underwriting operations functions for Company’s Worksite Insurance business within Workplace Solutions. Incumbent is responsible supporting profitable growth through achievement of new client and renewal sales and profitability goals. Responsible for day to day operational performance of internal wholesaling and underwriting functions. Ensure that onboarding processes and customer deliverables and interactions meet quality and service level targets. Partner with MDB’s, and internal wholesalers to ensure that sales support and underwriting processes are effective and consultative, helping to drive profitable sales growth and expansion of target distribution relationships. Partner with Underwriting Policy and Strategy team to ensure that case level underwriting decisions occur in accordance with risk guidelines and address any audit themes or training needs identified.
