The physician should be ready to see about 25 patients per day, with the vast majority of the patients being adults. And while the facility prefers a physician looking to have continuity of care with their patients once admitted to the hospital, they will consider physicians looking for an outpatient only opportunity. This is an ideal position for a physician looking to make a strong impact in a progressive community yet have all the amenities of a big city at their disposal. Monday through Friday schedule, no nights, no weekends! Excellent comp plan includes base salary plus up to $30,000 in incentives, generous time off allowance and a deferred compensation package, with 5% company contribution.
