We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Lead Accountant to join of Finance Team! RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results Support and implement internal controls over financial reporting Evaluate and communicate financial impacts of non-routine transactions Identify and implement changes to financial reporting processes, improving timeliness, clarity and accuracy of financial details Develop accounting policies in response to changes in company business, changing regulations and new accounting standards.
