A financial services company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Litigation Representative.Core Responsibilities of this position include: Investigating and negotiating advanced level litigated files Attending trials and mediations Identifying and researching process/procedure gapsSkills and Qualifications Include: • 5-seven years of progressive Litigation background Experience handling complex litigation files, bad faith files, etc Expertise to handle case pending reserves into the $4m-$6m+ range Full understanding of coverage questions, ROR's, disclaimers, etc Proficiency with on-line case legal management systems
