Production Supervisor 1st Shift - (Detroit Lakes, MN)

The first shift supervisor will be responsible for the production, operations, reports and discipline in the entire facility.----Responsibilities:* Hourly review of display boards and/or scoreboards to ensure plan numbers are being attained and to dig into reasons for misses of the plan and determine solutions for a permanent fix.* Assist plant manager in production planning of people and equipment to meet production requirements of all departments.* Multiple shift coordination of lean improvement and make any necessary next day improvement plans.* Consistently, through employee involvement and buy-in, use the application of lean tools.* Schedule daily production, inspect all inter-company transfers, dispatch lists
