VP of Investor Relations - (Hartford, CT)

The Vice President, Investor Relations will be responsible for maintaining the Company’s relationships and positioning with equity and credit analysts (including credit rating agencies), investors and other corporate stakeholders.This role is responsible for developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive, strategic investor relations program. Working closely with the chief financial officer and chief executive officer, the Vice President of Investor Relations will serve as the Company’s details conduit and liaison to the equity research, credit agency and investor community, communicating the Company’s financial and operating performance to external stakeholders. The position necessitates excellent communication expertise, both written and verbal, along with strong people skills and the expertise to carefully manage relationships outside the company in the equity research, credit agency and investor community. Success in the role requires collaboration, communication, leadership and vision.
