Chief engineer, cip - (Colorado Springs, CO)

Position overview: The Chief Engineer will lead the engineering team for KBRwyle's Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) organization. We are looking for someone with a solid Systems Engineering background who can provide the vision and leadership to develop solutions that meet the challenges and needs of our customers. The Chief Engineer will plan and manage the engineering components of CIP programs to ensure that we meet technical, cost, schedule, and quality commitments to our customers. The Chief Engineer will report to the Director, Critical Infrastructure Protection and will work with the Director to continue to grow the business. Assignments include coordinating and monitoring the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsibilities also include coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Develops new business and expands product line.
