Community Engagement Leader - (Owensboro, KY)

The Community Engagement Leader is a unique role that strengthens awareness and connection to Thrivent by bringing our mission of The Thrivent Way to life. This role is divided into three main areas: 1) Member Activation: o Develops member events and activities in region, leveraging ABC programs (Action Teams, Thrivent Builds and Thrivent Choice), workshops, and Thrivent Member Network (TMN) events 2) Church / Community Engagement: o Builds relationships and engagement activity with Financial Representatives (FRs) in Christian churches and organizations; cultivate new relationships in key markets within region o Building awareness of Thrivent engaging members and potential members to Come and See more about our organization
