JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintains high occupancy of apartment community by responding to all rentals inquires using appropriate sales techniques; the property's marketing plan and company approved materials. Understands and complies with Fair Housing Laws. Maintains rental records and performs other duties as required. The required functions of the Leasing Professional are as follows: Projects a professional image in all aspects of work performance, which includes, but is not limited to personal habits, demeanor, and attire. Meets workplace standards on conduct, attendance, etc. Models Guiding Principles. Demonstrates outstanding communication abilities with prospects, residents and teammates through personal and telephone contact. Completes forms and reports, possesses expertise to learn and comprehends policies and procedures and accurately conveys to prospects and residents. Shows apartments for rental by escorting the prospects to the apartment utilizing prescribed security procedures.
