This position is located in Osage, Iowa. The SCLS is responsible for the oversight of quality services within assigned area. Responsible for the utilization of and supervision of employees within assigned area. Responsible for outcome coordinator duties of coordinating, integrating, and monitoring the Life Plan for assigned persons served to ensure their needs are met.
