What you’ll be doing... National Channel Manager is responsible for the direction and strategy of Fios Local Agent, Full Service Local Agent, and Local Presence Centers locations. This position manages the operational needs of the retail Fios STB locations within those channels and ensures continuity of operations. Assignments include representing the Channel when managing products, development of training, and daily operations. This position will be responsible for supporting the launches and decommissions of Fios within the Retail environment, and will manage projects and enhancements needed to improve operations within the Channels.
