Maintenance Specialist II Cooper River Marina LOCATION: Cooper River Marina SALARY: Min - $33,108 General Statement of Job Under the supervision of the Park Manager, the Maintenance Specialist II Cooper River Marina will direct and perform the efficient and effective maintenance of the Cooper River Marina. These duties include staff supervision, the maintenance and upkeep of all physical facilities and utilities, customer service, budgetary oversight and risk management. This working supervisory position is expected to function independently, make competent decisions, demonstrate good judgment and perform manual work. This position will work and support all aspects of its district, special events including The Holiday Festival of Lights, and other areas as needed. The job necessitates evening, weekend and holiday work. "On call" status for emergency or unusual situations is required. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
