Mach Maintenance Mechanic III - (Newberg, OR)

This position installs production machinery, troubleshoots, and routinely repairs machinery, which includes CNC/NC lathes and mills, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Incumbents also fabricate machine equipment, identify problems, and recommend solutions for layout and construction. Installs new machines, aligning and adjusting for proper function, troubleshoots issues, and modifies machines as requested. Maintains, rebuilds, repairs, cleans, and adjusts all types of production machinery (including ball screws and high speed spindles) throughout production departments. Fabricates machine equipment, orders or fabricates repair parts for production machines per blueprints, sketches, or verbal descriptions, and maintains records of repair and preventative maintenance. Interprets maintenance layout schematics, identifies problems in layout and construction, and recommends solutions.
