Responsible for working with medical professionals to process drug authorization requests by telephone and facsimile. Candidate must be computer proficient and have good written and verbal communication ability. Previous customer service, utilization review, and healthcare requirements required. Technician or LPN required. CLINICAL SERVICES HELPDESK RN TEAM LEAD Full time position Mon. - Fri., 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. located in Jefferson City. Responsible for working with healthcare professionals to review drug authorization requests. This position will ist with providing education and acts as a team lead to call center staff. Candidate must be computer proficient and have outstanding written and oral communication ability. Job necessitates a RN, previous customer service, utilization review, and healthcare experience wanted.
