Customer Account Representative Serur Group has an exciting opportunity in customer service on behalf of our client in Boston. As a Customer Account Representative , you will be responsible for lead qualification, presenting client's benefits packages, and customer relations. This position carries with it the responsibility to ensure that you are managing internal communication and customer relationships.
