We are seeking a Help Desk Senior Specialist at McChord Air Force Base in California. This position mandates active Secret clearance. The ignments include: Acts as lead of a two person General Dynamics IT support team. Resolves hardware and software technical problems on laptops, servers, and peripherals. Devices typically run Microsoft Windows ten or Windows Server 2012 R2 and are owned by US Air Force and installed in maintenance shops. May answer queries by telephone but will usually identify problems during frequent (daily) visits to customer sites.
