Lead Valet Attendant - (Santa Rosa, CA)

Position info: Responsible for overseeing the Valet parking operation and handling guest opportunities. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Service Standards at all times. 2. ist in the overall daytoday operation of the Valet Department. 3. Schedule and oversee Team members' breaks. 4. Manage and direct traffic flow in the driveway. 5. Ensure that all work areas are clean and well organized. 6. Handle guest opportunities. 7. Monitor valet attendant's safe driving, and ensure that they adhere to Company policies and procedures. 8. ess any accidents, injuries, and other situations that may arise and inform security immediately. 9.
