ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Organizes functions and events for hotel clients ists guest in organizing functions within hotel ability Consistently uses banquet processes and follows brand standards Schedules staff to provide coverage for banquet events Communicates with event hosts/clients throughout event Directs banquet setup and scheduling Leads Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings as needed Reviews BEO's for errors and makes corrections Anticipates banquet scheduling and supply needs based on BEO's and forecasting
