Provide friendly, timely service to create an exceptional in room dining experience by: Prepare room service food trays and carts; ensure proper appearance standards and cleanliness Ensure timeliness of delivering Room Service trays to guest rooms Maintain an up to date working knowledge of all food and beverage amenities Deliver all food and beverage amenities to guest rooms Maintain daily opening and closing checklist and inspections Complete opening, ongoing and closing side work as igned Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction and known food allergies Remove room service trays from guest rooms, hallways
