COOK?S ISTANT/HOUSEKEEPER ? ID# 17207. Maunakea Observatories Support Services. (2) Regular, Full-time, RCUH Non-Civil Service position with the Maunakea Observatories Support Services (MKSS), located at Halepohaku (HP), on the Island of Hawai?i. Continuation of employment is dependent upon program/operational needs, satisfactory work performance, availability of funds, and compliance with applicable Federal/State laws. MONTHLY SALARY RANGE: $2,372-$4,042/Mon. DUTIES: As a Cook?s istant, work is performed in the kitchen under the direction of the Cook. Duties include preparing and serving meals, cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen appliances, stocking shelves, performing minor repairs to equipment, and transporting and serving summit lunch. As a Housekeeper, work is performed under the direction of the MKSS Food & Lodging Manager or the Cook in the absence of the Food & Lodging Manager.
