Summary:The Starbucks Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Starbucks Multi-Operations Manager or Director of Operations with operating assigned Starbucks unit(s). This position is responsible for monitoring Starbucks store level operation performance and the day-to-day supervision of Starbucks associates including assigning work and coaching and developing associates. This is an exempt position and typically reports to the Starbucks Multi-Operations Manager and/or designee, depending on local requirements.Critical functions:Supervises the day-to-day activities of non-exempt associates for assigned Starbucks unit(s)Assigns work tasks and activities, prepares schedules, and ensures that all shifts are covered based on Starbucks brand standards and HMSHost standardsPrepares daily orders
